These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OXHRM platform, including our web application, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using OXHRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Legal Entity & Ownership
The OXHRM platform and brand are owned and operated by EoxysIT Solution LLP (hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”). All services, billing, and legal liabilities are managed by EoxysIT Solution LLP.

- Governing Laws: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Service.
3. Subscription and Payments
- Billing Entity: All payments for OXHRM subscriptions are processed by and payable to EoxysIT Solution LLP.
- Payment Gateway: We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. By initiating a transaction, you agree to abide by Razorpay’s terms and conditions.
- Fees: You agree to pay the subscription fees associated with your chosen plan. All prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay subscription fees may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Service.
4. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Data Ownership and Compliance
- Client Data: You (the Client) retain all rights and ownership of the data you upload to the platform (Employee records, attendance, etc.).
- Data Processing: By using OXHRM, you appoint EoxysIT Solution LLP as a Data Processor to manage your information in compliance with the DPDP Act.
- Legal Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to store data that violates the privacy rights of any third party.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, logos, and trademarks (including “OXHRM” and “EoxysIT”) are the exclusive property of EoxysIT Solution LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EoxysIT Solution LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard; however, such cancellation will not entitle you to a refund for the remaining term of the current billing cycle unless specified in our Refund Policy.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
