Refund & Cancellation Policy

OXHRM, a B2B SaaS platform operated by EoxysIT Solution LLP, aims to provide a transparent billing experience for our clients. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Free Trial & Evaluation

  • No-Obligation Trial: We offer free trials to allow users to evaluate the platform before committing to a paid plan.
  • No Refunds: Since no payment is collected during a trial, refund policies do not apply.
  • Data Retention: Upon the expiry of a trial, if a paid subscription is not initiated, trial data may be permanently deleted from our servers.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Billing Entity: All billing is handled by EoxysIT Solution LLP.
  • Taxes: All payments are subject to GST as per Indian law. Formal GST invoices will be issued under EoxysIT Solution LLP for every transaction.
  • Payment Processing: We use Razorpay to process all payments securely. We do not store your credit card or bank credentials.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the in-product billing dashboard or by emailing support@oxhrm.com.
  • Access Post-Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to OXHRM until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No further charges will be applied after the current cycle ends.
  • No Prorated Credits: We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for mid-month cancellations.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, EoxysIT Solution LLP may issue refunds under the following limited circumstances:
  • Duplicate Payments: If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error.
  • Verified Billing Errors: If there is a discrepancy between your actual employee count and the amount charged.
  • Service Unavailability: Verified cases where the platform was inaccessible for an extended period (more than 24 hours) due to internal system failures.

Note: Annual subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once the service has commenced. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, as per banking standards and Razorpay’s processing timelines.

5. Payment Failures & Disputes

  • Account Suspension: Overdue or failed payments may lead to temporary account suspension or termination to protect system integrity.
  • Chargebacks: We encourage customers to contact support to resolve billing issues before raising a bank dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and legal action by EoxysIT Solution LLP.
